I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation over the phone or online so we can discuss the reason(s) why you are seeking therapy, I can answer any questions you might have and see if you feel I’m the right therapist for you. 

I work Monday-Friday, with some weekday evening and Sunday sessions available, and offer short and long term therapy both in person and online.

Sessions are £70 for a 50 minute session, to be paid on the day of the appointment. Bank transfer is preferred.
