Counselling is a form of talking therapy that gives you a safe, confidential space to explore what’s going on in your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood or depression, OCD, low self-esteem, feeling stuck, or going through a difficult time, counselling offers a supportive environment where you can be heard without judgment.
Speaking to a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist is different from talking to friends or family. Therapy gives you the chance to work through your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, with someone professionally trained to help you gain insight and make positive changes.
I offer a warm, accepting space where we can build a trusting relationship and work together to understand what is going on for you. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, respected, and supported every step of the way.
