I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with experience of working with adults and young people, age 16+. I initially trained as a person centred therapist, but I work integratively and use other forms of therapy depending on the individual needs of my clients.

I have experience of working with a variety of issues including:

• Disordered eating
• Bereavement
• OCD
• Low self-confidence & self-esteem
• Loss of identity
• Stress
• Relationship difficulties
• Neurodiversity

I now offer specialised psychological therapy before, and any time after, bariatric/weight loss surgery. 

I am also completing specialised training in eating disorders, including eating disorders and neurodiversity, which complements my work with disordered eating.
