Are you thinking of bariatric surgery, but you’re not sure if it’s right for you? Are you thinking of giving weight loss ‘one last go’ to see if you can maintain it? 

This is the package for you. We will work together to explore your options and any psychological barriers that might be getting in the way of you moving forward in life. 

Pre surgery preparation package 

Congratulations, you have decided that surgery is the tool you need to move forward in your life. In this package we will explore your thoughts and feelings around the surgery. We will prepare for the pre-surgery diet and look at how you might feel emotionally during this time. We will explore any challenges that might get in your way in this phase. 

Post surgery package

You have now had bariatric surgery, what’s next? Surgery is only 10% of your journey. The remaining 90% of your journey will be adjusting to your new bariatric lifestyle and addressing emotional and behavioural issues that may have held you back previously. We will look at creating those new lifestyle habits, managing the psychological and physical changes that occur and tackling the fear of weight regain and reducing the risk of it happening again.

Post surgery reflection package

Have you lost the bariatric lifestyle mindset? Are you slipping back into old behaviours, or are you worried about slipping back into old behaviours? Have you swapped one addiction for another? 

Do you want to process how far you have come since your surgery and what this stage of life means for you? This is all very normal after surgery and so this package was created for you.
